Shrivel Up is such a weird ending, probably my fave track off this album.

So glad I finally decided to give these guys a chance after spending my whole life assuming all their songs would just sound like "Whip It" (which, while a great single, isn't something I would want to listen to variations on for an entire album). This is a really great record.

An unparalleled classic. Definitely one of the most original albums of all time. Cover image was originally supposed to be "Chi Chi" Rodriguez. It ended up being a morph of John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.

Now that you mention it, Ian Mackeye does sound a lot like an angrier Mark Mothersbaugh

Fugazi'ized "Uncontrollable Urge" would really work.

Imagine if like, Fugazi or Jesus Lizard had made this album. Think about that for a second.

Am I the only one that's noticed that this is basically post-hardcore minus the noise?
