Today I was in the mood to listen to Microcastle for the first time in a while, which was when I coincidentally noticed that today marked the one-year anniversary of the first time I ever heard it (according to "date added" on itunes, 10/20/08.) In the meantime it has become my most listened to album, Deerhunter my most listened to band, and this song, Little Kids, my most listened-to track. I started listening to the album, and I just got through the second half of this track when, for the first time ever, I realized "jesus... there is a reason this is my most played track of the last 365 days of my life." Little Kids, I think you define me.
