First thing I thought of was intense discomfort as the blinding light of the delivery room lambasted my newly-opened eyeballs. I opened my mouth to scream while the doctors briskly toweled placental fluids from my still-purple body. Meanwhile, Bradford Cox was probably writing songs somewhere. Or maybe didn't even know how to play an instrument yet.

first thing I thought of was Bradford kicking ass and taking names. This band sets the bar now. No question.

Everyone keeps comparing it to other artists-let's just enjoy this song as a creation of Deerhunter!

While we're talking about comparisons, this reminds me of Revolver-era Beatles. [2] I actually thought it was a sixties cover when i first heard it

I know that this statement isn't so relevant but the melody reminds me of "Heaven Only Knows" by The Shangri-Las.
