The WindsockTree was born one Easter in Belfast, and played far too briefly. The main core of the band were as follows,

Dee McQueen - lungbusting vocals and frantic lefthand strumming

Brenden P.J. McNally - singing, hitting things, strumming

James Galbriath - the bass that eats East Belfast, strumming, some leads

Bobby Fisher - Lead Guitar n Chess

Over 7 years from 1993 till 2000 the boys played many fantastic shows, including the Cambridge Folk Festival, Belfast Festival, Cambridge Strawberry Fair and The Empire Belfast, as well as residencies all over the fine city of Belfast.

In 2000 Dee McQueen left for the New Worlds of North America and contiued to rock that mic in Toronto and Washington DC.
Brendy continues to be the only Living genuis in Northern Ireland and is currently writing his next book.
James has added stinging lead guitar and vocals to his many, many talents.

But this is not the end of the story, with these demos and a reunion in the works.
