I very fortunately grew up in the Bay Area when these guys were doing their thing. The first or second time I heard this record it didn't do much for me, but on repeated listenings it became one of my absolutely favorites. It's definitely not as ambitious as Act 3--which is one of the all time great thrash albums--but it's still an absolutely GREAT record.

I certainly agree that it's not up to par for them. A few tracks on here rape, but a lot of them are crap or just average. wtf is with the fucking kiss cover, though...
