Biography
They abandoned the Harris Tweed name, after a legal challenge from Scotland’s Harris Tweed Authority. In late 2008, they played their first European shows, supporting Lambchop & Andrew Bird. Feb 2009, they returned in to play shows with Sophia & their Replace Why With Funny album (produced by Brent Knopf of Menomena), was released. Following a tour of their homeland in March, they return to Europe in April / May, to play headline shows in Germany & support, label-mates, Get Well Soon in France, Italy & the Netherlands. A new album is expected, early in 2011.
