David Lang (born 8 January 1957 in Los Angeles, California) is a Pulitzer Prize-winning American composer. Together with Julia Wolfe and Michael Gordon, Lang co-founded Bang on a Can in 1987. His first recognition came from the BMI Foundation's Student Composer Awards in 1980 and 1981.

    I got the Amelia soundtrack by buying the DVD (which is gorgeous) and ripping the audio with some combination of DVD Ripper, BeSweet, and VirtualDub, all free programs for PC. It was a little tricky (because the audio wasn't quite "normal" and kept coming out the wrong speed, I have no idea what I finally tried to get it right) but totally worth it.
