We met upon a hill, the night was cool and still
She sucked my dormant will
Mother, she blew my brain, I will go back again
My God, she shook me cold

A different kind of sexy for Bowie. Not as campy and fun as Ziggy Stardust, but this definitely has some punch to it.

I play this whenever I find "The Man Who Sold The World" album on a jukebox.

So dirty... So...filthy... I like that. About the lyrics - half if not more lyrics to songs from The Man were written in the studio, almost right before a song was recorded. The only complete song for that album was 'The Width of a Circle', rest was arranged somewhere during the sessions. Black Country Rock is the best example.

Ugh. Nope. Every track here but this one. Solo gets ridiculously wanky, Bowie can't be proud of the lyrics... Too dirty, in every meaning of the word, for me. The rest of the album is brilliant, though.

The opening guitar lick could easily be mistaken for belonging to Hendrix.
