  • holy garbage chutes this man is incredible as both a bassist and composer. i had no idea he was part of the making of Filles de Kilimanjaro, easily one of the best (if not the best) of Davis' latter works. that and Conference of the Birds are two immense pieces (though divergent styles, of course).
