Daniel Roos (born 1987) is a singer-songwriter and pianist, born and raised in Gorinchem, Holland. He started writing song at the age of 10, and started his first band when he was 14 years old. In 2007 he toured in South Africa after winning a national competition with a local hiphop formation. This influenced Daniel in his songwriting and performance.

Daniel Roos writes music that is very much influenced by the music from the 60's and 70's. On his debut album he was fortunate to work together with some artists who highlighted in these era's, such as BeeGees guitarist Vince Melouney and Motown artists Jim Gilstrap and Sherlie Matthews (backing vocals). Also Joseph Bowie (Defunkt) contributed to most of the songs.
