Dana Bergquist is undoubtedly one of Swedens most diligent and reliable dj´s. Playing alongside people like Steve Lawler, Deep Dish, Sander Kleinenberg, Roger Sanchez, DJ Hell and Tiga he can be seen every weekend dj´ing at one of Stockholms best clubs. The past three years Dana also has been holding a residency at the world famous and renowned Grodan Cocktail Club. And he has no intention to quit that residency. In addition to that he also resides at the popular outdoor venue Fredsgatan 12 and the newly opened and quite spectacular five-star restaurant Kungsholmen.
Furthermore, Dana has at repeatedly occasions been given the honourable task to represent Sweden when superclubs like Renaissance, Ministry of Sound and Cream visits Sweden. And finally, the production of hot tracks has really started to kick off. The music production is something that Dana has been doing more like a spare time thing. But now labels and people are starting to pick up his music. This spring his first release, McEnroe, was out on Desyn Masiellos fantastic label Symphonic and featured on John Digweeds latest mix, Transitions, for Renaissance. The upcoming release is due to be released on Eric Prydz successful Pryda label in a couple of weeks. With several releases waiting in the pipeline, remixes by guys like D´Malicious and a bunch of own upcoming remixes Dana Bergquist is definitely a name heading for the international scene.
