Well we should probably start from the beginning (and with the best).
Unfortunately we missed the beginning of Peggy Sue and the Pirates's set. We saw Television, Spare Parts, First Aid and Once We Were Strangers which were all great. My favourite was Once We Were Strangers. They were really good. Talked to the crowd who were loving them and their songs sounded better live than their records which is always a winner.
Gideon Conn was the second support. I have to say I don't really understand why he makes music. Something about pylons and wires? Anyway, the crowd was positive. He was polite and I wasn't sure if he was putting on an act or being serious but anyway. Each to their own. Actually one of his songs wasn't bad but I dont know what it was called.
Then it was time for Scrooooooooobius Pip an Dan Le Sac who put on a good performance. Thou Shalt Always Kill obviously went down well. A Letter From God To Man, Look For The Woman…
