Watching Twin Peaks for the first time... this track is so obviously based on "Laura Palmer's Theme", down to that single strike of the piano key (relax, I'm not claiming Shadow "ripped off" Badalamenti, just riffed off him). There are at least a couple Twin Peaks samples on Endtroducing..... (during the "Transmission"s).
