This is nothing more than my opinion, but I think Endtroducing is better. Both are great albums, however.

Oh pleease people. Better than Entroducing? Whilst there are great tracks, on the whole as a listening experience, this record is too inconsistent.

I've listened to so many of these tracks on their own over the years, I think its high time I listened to them all as DJ Shadow intended.

after countless spins through both Endtroducing and Private Press, I can announce that this is shadow's best album.. but I accept I'm probably in the minority on that front.

Actually sod it, i think this album is better if only for Blood On The Motorway, which is the best track in the known universe.

Endtroducing is probably better, but I prefer this one because of the time in my life I discovered it. It's a genuine masterpiece imo. So many different emotions, atmospheres, textures etc etc in one package which somehow manages to hang together. Just fantastic.

That's just crazy talk. This album's good, but it doesn't come close to Endtroducing. [2]
