Biography

What do you get when you combine DJ Premier, the track master Rolling Stone dubbed “The Greatest Hip-Hop Producer of All Time.” The producer whose productions appeared on Hip-Hop’s most important records including his own group Gang Starr, NasIllmatic, The Notorious B.I.G.’s Ready to Die, Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubt and Mos Def’s Black On Both Sides with underground Hip-Hop legend Bumpy Knuckles (aka Freddie Foxxx), whose album Industry Shakedown still resonates within the industry?

You get 17 Premier produced tracks of pure Hip-Hop magic called Kolexxxion that can’t be matched by any Hip-Hop release currently on the shelves. Don’t miss this soon to be legendary release from Premier and Bumpy with a little help from a few friends like Nas.

I don't care what y'all think but that album still sounds fresh to me, one year later.

It doesn't even start a match. Seriously, I'm a big Premo fan, but there's a lot of throwaway beats on here. [2]

Conatz + Warrrap Do you even know the story behind the album? They are all leftover tracks that were rejected by other artists. Bumpy Knuckles was kind enough to offer to spit on them so that's why they are all sub par beats. Better to get them out on the streets though, then just laying around. Bout time Bumpy got a full album with preem!

I got my physical copy of this. And I didn't need to check it out before, cause I knew they're always dope together since I first heard "R.N.S."!
