Biography

Of all the modern fabulousities in the world, perhaps the truly most fabulous are the 70’s funk/disco gods. Timeless in a way that few of their contemporaries are (or were), their beats have been put to great use by mashup god DJ Paysano. It is just sheer brilliance to mix Earth, Wind and Fire with Snoop Dogg; their shared sensibilities congeal in “Signs of the Groove,” a dancefloor winner that seems to defy you to refrain from shaking your groove thing. Equally remarkable, if a little more sedate: Issac Hayes bumpin’ up against The B-52’s on “Regios Shack”.
