Biography

DJ Janco Tianno was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro around the time the civil war broke between drug dealers factions and the police. His family was chased from the war raged central zones and the city and he was forced to grow in an overprotected elitist neighborhood in the rich east zone. He bought himself a computer from the sales of a self-published zine he founded while in high school and taught himself the art of expressing his fears through electronic music. As a result he became a sort of constant outsider and this reflects on his music where he mixes the low classes funk music with the melody of indie European bands.
