Biography

Hi! My name’s Doyle Perez. I am D At Sea, from Brisbane, Australia.
I am 22 years of age.

I love the beach, skateboarding and boost juice. Holy hell, i’m shit scared of spiders and heights ^_^

I’m currently writing my first album. Set to record early 2012 before the apocalypse occurs ;) In the meantime ill be recording covers of my favourite songs. Also, doing a few requests ‘cause you peeps are so nice to me I want to give something back.

I started singing at the age of 19. I played guitar for a band ‘All My Friends At Sea’ with some of my closest friends. Thus kicking off my passion for music. I eventually bailed because they’re too emo, haaa. In July, 2011 we parted ways and D At Sea was born. The D standing for, Doyle (creative right, I know)

I was fairly active as a kid. Early 2008 I injured myself, I could no longer engage in the physical activities I used to. My injury remains a mystery to doctors but the pain has become something I have adapted to and learnt to use as a tool. I use my injury as motivation and to express my emotion. Sure, it hurts all the time but it will not defeat me. It may have put a hold on my physical life but I won’t let it effect my mental. Without it I would be a completely different person. More or less, I’m blessed with a curse. (BMTH, what?) Eeek. NMJC :)
