goldwave is free, trial wise (which basically has no limitations). as for the mic, i can't help you there. my brother used to work at circuit city. i could ask him if you wanted to know maybe a good mic?

Goldwave is kind of cool, as far as sound editing goes. it's pretty easy to manage too.

yeah actually thats what we did but we used audacity, its really hard to get a decent quality out of that

Good stuff here. The vocals need more volume though - how are you recording? If the vocals were balanced better this would be an awesome song. You should make it free for download. :)

the song itself isnt bad but you guys should consider doing ever part separate and put it together in a sound program for example adobe audition.
