it's decent, but extremely raw. Good guitar riffs but the vocals just weren't there yet for a lot of the songs.

Some of these tunes remind me of early Refused albums. This is still a great record, even if they hadn't found that 'classic' Converge sound yet.

Its record like this that make Converge so great, the fact you can compare their humble roots to what they progressed into. That being an unstoppable juggernaut that has a sound unlike anything else. Even at their earliest, they were still pushing boundaries further than their contemparies. Two Day Romance is such a classic.
