Colophon is the moniker under which Tarentel guitarist Jefre Cantu-Ledesma pursues exercises in minimal electro-acoustic abstraction. His instrumental pieces are haunting and spartan, consisting of bone-hard piano chords, fragile acoustic guitar fragments, repetitive electronic tones, and white-noise field recordings.

    Yes, Colophon is the name of both this artist and a British one-man post-rock project (which is also pretty decent as it happens). 'Love Loops' is the only full-length release of the former (that I'm aware of - excluding the split with The Wind-Up Bird and 1 Mile North, of course), and the rest are releases by the latter, most of which, incidentally, can be downloaded for free at MP3.com. Hope that clears things up a bit.
