Collins & Collins are made up of Tonee Collins and her brother Bill Collins. They were in the Philadephia/South Jersey area when they were signed by A & M in 1981. The album was produced by John Davis and recorded at Sigma Sound (Philadelphia), the home to Philly International. The album was not marketed heavily by A & M and had minimal success. The song “Top of the Stairs” has seen reborn interest through plays by DJs, especially in the UK.
