I was getting a vibe of a band, but couldn't work out who, Think Lizzy makes perfect sense now!

Travis Stever: "I'm a huge Thin Lizzy fan. I love how obviously that influence is there. There's a Police feel to it. The guitars show that Thin Lizzy vibe. The rest of the song has elements of all different bands. It's got a classic rock edge, and I love that." (songfacts) Y'all got it right ;)

Yeah, the vocal melodies are very Lynott. He had a very unique way of phrasing and it's present here. Plus the twin-guitar thing is pure Lizzy, but a few C&C songs have that!

Even though it doesn't sound 'exactly' the same as something from the early days, the intro alone takes me waaaay back. It's quite incredible. 'The Suffering' and 'Faint of Hearts' popped into my head at first also.

'Nice poppy sound, almost sounds like it should have been on IKS.' Yes, exactly. It's great.

Nice poppy sound, almost sounds like it should have been on IKS. glad they are getting back to oldish style and away from industrialness of Black Rainbow
