Biography

Clang Sayne are a London based quartet led by singer and acoustic guitarist Laura Hyland and completed by guitarist James o’ Sullivan, double bassist Peter Marsh and drummer Paul May. Since December 2008 the four piece have played together weekly, taking Hyland’s songs as malleable structures through which they have developed a collective sound. Their debut album ‘Winterlands’ was initially released in September 2009 and then reissued on March 9th 2010 through Baked Goods. Paul May took over from Matt Fisher on percussion in early 2010.
