i suppose post-genres only work if you are too young to have been around when the original genre was invented and therefore perceive certain aspects of the original as cliche. So for examples post-rock (horrid term) works for me becuase I wasn't around when rock was invented. I was around when techno was inveneted and I find the idea of post-techno (is Techno no longer relevant?) odd and the tracks here a little too clever for their own good.
