As I've said...He should be standing next to Maynard, not being compared to him. They are both brilliant musicians...

man u people seem to think tool is like the new beatles or stones, they're good and i like their sound but they're very far from greatness.

I'm really diggin' this! Kinda like TOOL, but not exactly. At the very least this music should help me get through until the next TOOL album comes out.

I agree with you tinman2u. Good LORD will you people stop with the comparisons? If not for bands like the rolling stones, the beatles, and jimi H, we wouldn't have ANY of this, so it's rather pointless to argue who influenced who. I know this may shock some, but Tool isn't the first band to do things like sing long notes over complicated riffs. And yeah, whose to say that these people don't LIKE EACH OTHER'S MUSIC?????? sheeeesh :)

yeah maybe a bit like one or two other things, but then again maybe even better than them

dig deeper... neon/(amplifier)..... cires' lyrics thought out...tells story...tool time and it ain't tim allen (right Maynard?) friends perhaps? ALL MUSICIANS ARE INSPIRED AT LEAST IN PART BY OTHER MUSICIANS OF THEY'RE FAVORITE TUNES. BETS ARE CIRE LOVES TOOL...PERFECT CIRCLE...
