I wouldn't say this is lo-fi at all. S/T is probably one of the most detailed, high-fi productions I think I've ever heard. The amount of work that went into that album amazes me, it's like every song has a dozen tracks of field recordings of worms crawling in dirt or something, yet the album never falters and manages to do 60 straight minutes of amazing pop songs. It's a tour de force.
