Industrial band from Adelaide Australia. Formed in 1999, Circle Clan was a response to the .com boom, millennium bug and general Y2K hysteria of the time. Fusing heavy metal with cutting edge techno, they created an original style of industrial / dance music, a style not then common in the Adelaide music scene.
Circle Clan borrows influences from acts such as Prodigy, Atari Teenage Riot, Slayer, Janes Addiction and Faith No More, blending them together to create their ‘rocktronica’ sound.
Circle Clan have recently re-joined to work on new material, and recruited Gedman Waltz on bass guitar.
