Cinecyde released the first Detroit punk rock single in 1977, "Gutless Radio." Followed up in '78 with The "Black Vinyl Threat" e.p. ("Rock Meat & The Hard-Ons" plus 3 more songs). 1979 brought the "Positive Action" e.p. ("Radiation Sickness," "Phosphorous & Napalm" plus 2 more songs. Next was "Tough Girls/ You're Draggin' Me Down 45rpm. These were all compiled and issued on cd by the Italian label Hate Records. Cinecyde's first full-length l.p. was "I Left My Heart In Detroit City," released in 1982. This was reissued on cd by the Italian label, Helter Skelter. "Who Goes There?" l.p. issued in late '80's, "Lets Talk" cd issued in mid '90's. Many appearances on compilations and a few bootlegs. More recent activity includes "Magnetic Attraction, Hypnotic Repulsion" cd in 2001. "Like A U.F.O." cd issued in 2004 and is available from Amazon.com. We've just released our new cd, "Lezbo Vampires vs Al Qaida." Motorcityrocks.com refers to it as one of the best cd's of 2008.
