Biography
Orlando, Florida
Chris Zabriskie is a musician and composer of “mostly quiet” ambient, piano, and electronic albums.
Zabriskie got his musical start in prolific noise band Struggleburger, but was forced into going solo one night after the rest of the group failed to show up for a live performance. After spending nearly six years on a concept album about the Disney sci-fi film The Black Hole, he abandoned the project and released it unfinished online. Two more acoustic-based solo records followed, after which Zabriskie turned his attention toward more melodic instrumental music.
Originally from Olympia, Washington, Zabriskie currently makes his home in Orlando, Florida.
