Choir and Marching Band is a recording project led by Canadian song-writer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Trevor Rockwell (Capricorn, 1973) and a live band featuring Rockwell, Krystian Dell, Mike Silverman, and Stew Kirkwood.

Rockwell has put out six CDs since 1994, and some cassette collections, EPs, etc. His music reflects 1980s synth-pop, 1990s alt-rock, 2000s indie-pop, a deep appreciation for earlier popular music of the anglo tradition as well as international music that embraces modern and/or western forms.
