Chinawoman is a solo recording artist from Toronto. Her sound can be traced to the exclusive

All songs are written, performed and engineered by Chinawoman, who plays all the instruments. The music may appeal to Streisand fans with an edge, European immigrants and their lost-in-the-world grown children, hipsters who don’t get embarrassed too easily, guys who secretly dream of a woman bossing them around, and the girlfriends of guys who secretly dream of a woman bossing them around.
Chinawoman self-released her debut album “Party Girl” in the spring of 2007. Moscow based label Exotica-Soyuz did a reissue of the album in the fall of 2008.
