Taking influence from local bands like The Format, Dear and the Headlights, What Laura Says Thinks and Feels, and many others, ChinaCat Sunflower bases their lyrics on their relationships (with women, with God, with home). Recently, the band has released their EP, The Chinacat EP and plan on releasing an LP in the Summer of 2010. They refuse to play Southern Harbor live.
