An incisive and true social commentary about racial identity and I too believe it is much better to be a unique individual without the yoke of racial stereotype. Preach it Brother Gambino! Preach it!

I feel him... this song is so sad. We need to listen to our youth of all colors, and be there for them when they need us most. What some of them go through every day is inexcusable and a tragedy... Until now I did not even consider being a child psychologist, but in the absence of adult leadership for our kids, maybe this could be the best way to help people and ensure a better tomorrow...

This song so moving to me that it nearly brings a tear to my eye. The line about kids being warriors needing sensei's strikes me deeply. Why are so many black american men failing their families, and why do we have an entire generation of black males lagged behind?
