Chik Budo are a five peice band that make heavy use of the worlds least fashionable instrument: The Saxophone. Having dropped that bombshell, it should be made clear that the group steer a wide berth of the typical funk or jazz expectations surrounding this instrument and instead make a loud, jubilant sound that pulls in a range of influences from Punk to Disco and House, laced with a dose of dissonant squalling Saxophones and all meters firmly in the red.
