The below is from 2007 so viewer discretion is advised:
Chet Farnsworth is an active acoustic folk guitarist who has a very small but dedicated audience. Having been through multiple bands, Farnsworth built up his musical experience into his solo project. There have been multiple phases to his solo career, though, each like a slice of pie, but from different pies, if that makes sense. Early lo-fi recordings exist of Chet Farnsworth mumbling words to an inconsistent beat and random, out of tune guitar chords. These recordings are very rare, not very desirable, and rather boring. Later on, Chet Farnsworth expanded his musical endeavors and began work under the name Organic Blues & More. One album was produced from this work, entitled Lawnmower Daze. This was an entirely instrumental album and was mostly guitars. Rumors ran about regarding a contest in which fans would guess how many times a capo was used in the making of the album, but nothing materialized. The answer would have been: a lot.
Recently, Chet Farnsworth has moved back to lyric and songwriting. His newest project was completed in the summer of 2007 and is now available to the public. According to Farnsworth himself, "It's just a lot of words about stuff… I don't really know what we were going for with this album." However, despite this aimless rambling and acoustic guitaring, Chet Farnsworth already has his eyes set on producing a rock opera about the Metric System.
