Charlie (Charles) Burchill was born on 27 november 1959, in Glasgow. He is one of the founders and the guitarist of the Simple Minds. Now he is the only one left in the group, together with singer Jim Kerr. The Simple Minds have been around for 30 years now. Charlie Burchill is married and lives in Dublin. He likes football.
