Channel Frederator was launched November 1, 2005, as the world’s first cartoon video podcast network. It was created by Fred Seibert’s Frederator Studios, one of the world’s leading independent animation producers, responsible for hits like Nickelodeon’s The Fairly Oddparents and Oh Yeah! Cartoons, and Cartoon Network’s What-A-Cartoon!, The Powerpuff Girls, and Dexter’s Laboratory.

Within days of its launch, Channel Frederator quickly became one of the Top 20 podcasts in Apple’s iTunes Podcast Directory.
