Carnival Ride

Carnival Ride is the second studio album from American country pop artist Carrie Underwood. It was released in the United States on October 23, 2007. It has been certified 3× Multi-Platinum by the RIAA. The album includes the #1 country singles “So Small”, “All-American Girl”, “Last Name”, and “Just a Dream”, the first three of which were co-written by Underwood. The album debuted at #1 on the US Billboard 200 Chart selling 527,000 copies, giving Underwood her first #1 album.

The album also debuted at number 1 on the Top Digital Albums, Top Canadian Albums and Top Country Albums, where it spent 41 consecutives weeks on top 10.

“Carnival Ride” won “Favorite Country Album” at the 2008 American Music Awards. The album was also nominated for “Album of the Year” category for 2008 CMA Awards of Country Music Association.
