Early 80s-influenced hardcore / punk band. Formed in Toronto, Canada in 2001.

Career Suicide have made a name for themselves playing purist hardcore punk influenced by the genre's pioneers as well as drawing heavily on influences spanning first wave punk and savage 60's garage from North America and the UK. Guitarist Jonah Falco also plays drums in Fucked Up and is a one-man band called Mad Men.

  • great 80s hardcore
  • Gotta go fast!!
  • Fuck the hate and the confusion... This band gets better and better as time goes on. "Things Take a Turn," for instance.
  • the guitar tone is just really similar from what I'm hearing, cause I thought that at first too but they really don't sound alike aside from that
  • Cherry Beach doesn't sound like Fucked Up at all, maybe you shouldn't have listened to Fucked Up twice if you didn't want to hear them twice. The original pressing of Cherry Beach is better but repress is still awesome.
  • I actually love the Cherry Beach reissue, but I can see how people won't be into it. They just recently had a song on the City Limits comp called "Delusional." That song is just a huge boring stinker. Ugh.
  • Cherry Beach just sounds like Fucked Up. What bullshit. I love both bands but there's a reason I listen to Career Suicide, and its not because I want to hear Fucked Up twice.
  • New song is the first song that I dislike from them.
  • radiation!
  • jonzos leaking radia-radia-radiation
