At least two acts have recorded under the name of Buzy:

1) Buzy was a Japanese female pop musical group. Its members are Nao Toyama, Mayumi Niwa, Mao Miyazato, Yurisa Asama, Sachiko Iwanaga and Yumi Takeda. They came out with the song "Kujira" in 2004. They are well known for the song "Be Somewhere", used as the opening theme of the anime series Rockman, back in 2005. "Buzy" means "Blend, Unique, Zipping, and You just wait." Many songs are written by Haruichi Shindo, who is a member of Porno Graffitti. They are also famous for "Be Somewhere", which can be heard in the opening of the rockman.exe stream.

On July 1, 2006, a letter was sent to the groups fanclub announcing the separation of the group, with most having an intent to go solo.

2) Buzy is the alias of Marie-Claire Girod, a French singer who recorded during the 1980s and 1990s. Among her best-known singles was 1986's "Body physical".
