Toen in het voorjaar van 2010 de nieuwe website werd gelanceerd, inclusief 2 nieuwe nummers met nieuwe zanger, veranderde de band tevens zijn naam in Burial Earth. Direct was er belangstelling uit Australië, de VS en stonden de eerste festivals (Fear Dark, Freakstock, Emmen Metal Festival) en optredens geboekt. Burial Earth deelde tijdens zijn eerste shows het podium met artiesten als Scarred by Beauty (DK), Exhale (SWE), Shadows of Paragon (SWE), Massive Assault, The Monolith Deathcult, Sinister, Seventh Angel (UK) en Enemy Reign (USA).
Dit jaar groeit de band gestaag door, met als voorlopig hoogtepunt het optreden in het voorprogramma van Sepultura in poptempel Hedon te Zwolle. In Augustus starten de opnames voor het debuutalbum, waarvoor de releasedatum gepland staat in het najaar. Ondertussen wordt de band stevig doorgeboekt, van de POPronde in Nederland tot en met festivals in Duitsland en Zwitserland. Houdt deze band in de gaten!
