Biography
1. Bulb refers to a personal project of Misha Mansoor. The music is influenced by progressive metal, often with a more ambient, melodic sound. Misha’s work is self-recorded in his apartment. Many of the songs (“Jetpacks Was Yes!”, “Icarus Lives!”) are transferred between this project and his band Periphery which he founded in 2005.
2. Influenced by Instra:mental, Flying Lotus and ASC, 21 year old Bulb (also known as Fill or by his real name, Daniil Vavilov) brings in a twist of the surreal.

I remember someone uploaded everything he had done from beginning to early 2012 or something like that. I recently formated my computer and my backup drive with files I wanted to keep didn't work out. Anyone has a download link or something like that? or if somebody knows if you can get all Bulbs stuff if you pay for it, tell me! PS. the TPB link has unfinished songs, and not every song is in, since it's uploaded long time ago.

After seeing Periphery live I must admit that Periphery is definitely greater than Bulb. That said I probably still prefer listening to Bulb if we're talking recorded material. You really have to see Periphery live because their studio work doesn't do them justice.
