I always used to think that Budgie could have been as big as Zeppelin if they'd had the right breaks. I've seen them play at what used to be Quaintways in Chester during the 70s a few times and I still have the contemporary vinyl to go with it. I seem to recall that they were supported by Judas Priest on occasion - most people went for a drink when they were on.
