Знаете, меня прямо-таки передёргивает, когда я наталкиваюсь на просторах интернета на людей, указывающих в графе "Деятельность" "музыкальный критик" или " музыкальный обозреватель", или же набившее оскомину "блоггер". Точно так же режет ухо, когда мои журналы называют рецензиями. Писать рецензии - удел маститых критиков, блещущих академическими знаниями и сыплющих специфичными терминами. У меня для этого нет ни соответствующего образования, ни богатого опыта, ни глубинного знания сцены, ни богатого и хлёсткого языка. Это не приступ ложной скромности, а просто желание называть вещи своими именами.

5.0 = amazing, everyone should get it, almost unquestionably aoty.
4.5 = extremely good, definitely aoty material but i don't feel comfortable with giving it a 5.
4.0 = very good, definitely worth grabbing.
3.5 = quite good, i would strongly recommend all albums at this level or above.
3.0 = good. i usually default to this if i feel it needs more listens but was pretty good on first / second listen.
2.5 = solid, worth getting. i usually default to this if i feel it needs more listens to fully get the hang of.
2.0 = not bad, worth getting if you're a fan of the band.
1.5 = mediocre, if you really like the band you may as well grab it but otherwise i don't recommend it.
1.0 = pretty bad.
