I came here cos I listened to this on youtube to see what (some of; hopefully not much of) today's youth is all about. I thought I have a bad taste sometimes, when I listen to trashy metal or pop music, well...nevermind. Thanks for building up my self confidence regarding my musical taste. One question. Can this "singer" do anything without autotune? Might that be the first human being who needs autotune even just to pee. Ok, goodbye, and, the apocalypse is coming. I mean, just musically, but, if it gets worse than this my ears are really doomed.

That might be fine if the lyrics were illegible to hear, like in most death metal (like the gore lyriced themed stuff) but you can hear what this band is trying to say and unless they have instrumental (not lyrical content) it might be ok to listen to. I don't like all the bands lyrics i listen to either but lyrics are a part of the music as much as the instruments so if you do hear the lyrics and even understand what the artist is trying to say (or you can't come up with your own meaning for the song) it does make the music sound bad. If you like listening to that and have no concern for the lyrical content, that's really your thing, not necessarily mine but there is plenty of music out there with better lyrical content, just saying.

I'm afraid I'm just not hipster enough to listen to this band ironically. Nobody's hipster enough to put themselves through THAT.

Bitches, please! brokenCYDE will never be a band to listen to the lyrics. It's all about their sonority, the screaming and beats.
