At the center of the world there is a statue of a girl
She is standing near a well with a bucket bare and dry
I went and looked her in the eyes and she turned me into sand
This clumsy form that I despise, it scattered easy in her hand

Pretty good song... if there wasn't this oh-so-emotional Gerard Way-esque screaming at the end. I love it anyway.

I loved Cassadaga. I think it was good for Oberst to branch out and get to the country roots. Fevers and Mirrors is still my favorite album by him as Bright Eyes though.

I'm quite tired of all the Cassadaga bashing. I bet you never gave it a chance! Lime Tree is on Cassadaga and it's one of his best songs!
