Brett Anderson (born September 29, 1967) is an English singer-songwriter born in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, England.
He was the lead vocalist of rock band Suede from 1989 until their split in 2002. He then fronted The Tears with ex-Suede guitarist, Bernard Butler although as of 2006 they are on hiatus.
So far Anderson has released 3 solo albums. His self-titled debut was released in 2007. The following year brought the quieter, piano-driven Wilderness and Slow Attack was released in 2009.

I have to say I am completely in love with this album. I thought his self titled album was quite dull (terrible production) and Wilderness was pleasant but sounded like demo's but this is the real deal. Beautiful songs and great production it's a really heart warming record. It's obvious he's been listening to late Talk Talk but that's no bad thing.
