Biography
1) A Hungarian ragga/drum ‘n’ bass band. The band was founded in 1994. After some changes in the group, the final 5-membered combinations was formed four years ago when Brains signed the young and talented András Kéri aka. “MC Columbo” (Irie Maffia, GimmeShot Crew) as a new MC and forefront player.

In the dynamic music of Brains several styles can be recognized such as Drum & Bass, Breakbeat, Ragga, Dancehall, Dubstep and also some Rock elements. The lyrics are written in English/Jamaican (Patois) Patwa. In the recent years the band performed at practically every music festival in Hungary. Brains are regularly invited to every part of Europe (The UK, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic etc.). Brains played on the same stage with bands from around the world /Asian Dub Foundation, Freestylers, Roni Size, EZ Rollers, Dreadzone/. Many Brains songs has been remixed all over Europe by underground dj’s like SKC, Dilinja, Dj Dara, Dj Palotai, Dj Psure, Dj Reza, and by many others djs.
