Boss Volenti are a hard hitting, hip shaking, no nonsense rock ‘n’ roll band from Dublin. They formed in the tail end of 2005. Their musical heroes range from such very diverse artists as Thin Lizzy and Yeah Yeah Yeahs to Led Zeppelin, Death from Above 1979 and Steely Dan.
In September 2006, Boss Volenti independently released their eponymous debut album and celebrated this with a spate of successful shows. Full of catchy riffs and stomping grooves, the album received glowing reviews from all corners of the press.
